6/15 Update:
I went to the Target at 215 & 95 and tried to buy the deals for Huggies and Breyer's. Apparently they have changed their coupon policy AGAIN! So for all of you who wonder if bad days happen - yes they do. The cashier was none too happy to call the manager over for me, but when I questioned him on the coupon policy I was told last time I visited (limit of three coupons per three items), he said they had changed the policy again.
The new coupon policy (at least at this Target) is one coupon, not multiple coupons, per item type. What I mean is: if you buy three packages of the same type of Huggies you can only use one Huggies coupon, not three coupons. So you can use one coupon for diapers, one for soap, one for ice cream, etc. - but only one!
I asked the manager that I spoke with this morning to please post the policy at all registers because the frustration of changing policies without notice is unbearable. It has also encouraged me to rethink my shopping at this store.

How do you get your RP inserts? I get RP's in the mail, but they never have coupons in them, just store coupons like Baskin Robbins and Dairy Queen...
I had a similar bad experience at that same Target!!! They wouldn't let me combine a store coupon with a manufacturer coupon and gave me a hard time for using two of the same coupons in the same transaction. I was doing a gift card transaction and the cashier (really smart) scanned the gift card and then TRIED TO KEEP IT!!! I told her that I AM SUPPOSED TO GET the free gift card!!! She then pointed to the computer and showed me that it charged me for the gift card and then took it off so it actually didn't cost me anything...Great...so GIVE ME THE GIFTCARD!!! I have not had these problems at the Target on Eastern or Stephanie, however, neither of those stores seem to carry the Kashi Waffles that you can get for .29 a box with coupon. I also wonder if Target is worth the hassle.
The Target on Skypointe (which I believe is the Target you are referring to as 215/95) is TERRIBLE about coupons. They have been completely rude to me more than once and yes they are always changing their policy. I told them that they should post signs on the door that say "COUPONERS NOT WELCOME." I have had FANTASTIC success at the Target's on N-5th, Cheyenne and at Boca Park. The Target on N-5th has the Kashi waffles. I was able to get 2 boxes without any trouble.
The exact reason why I stopped shopping at Target a long time ago. WORST customer service EVER. I also will would NEVER encourage anyone to register for their wedding or baby there. The don't take anything back, and if they do, they give you pennies for it.
They told me the reason they are like this now is because their manager has been out for more than a year, and everytime a new temporary manager comes in, he/she institutes a new coupon policy. The guy that I spoke with has worked there for two years, and he said the original manager let you do whatever you wanted with your coupons; he doesn't know when he'll be back though. Definitely not worth the trouble. btw, the diaper deal is pretty good, too. I ended up getting mine for $.14 which isn't too bad, right?
That is outrageous!
