
3 c. baking mix (like Biscquick)
1 c. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. water
In a bowl combine baking mix and yellow cake mix. Stir in water until just moistened. Turn onto floured surface; knead 10-12 times. Pat into greased 9" square pan. Score surface to make 9 squares. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Break biscuits apart at score marks.

I can't even tell you how often I have made this recipe. Three ingedients! You just can't beat it!! Usually after I open the box of cake mix I will then go ahead and make up some dry mixes ahead of time so I don't have an open box of cake mix running around. You can fit the dry mix nicely in a gallon freezer bag.
This recipe is really great for dinnertime, as strawberry shortcake, or a quick pastry breakfast. The cake mix gives the biscuits a sweet flavor. Yummy!
