I had heard rumors about this but didn't want to believe it - the Easy Saver Rebate program at Walgreens is done! In case you didn't notice, there was no Easy Saver catalog during May and when I called to check on a rebate for April the automated calling service mentioned the discontinuation of the Easy Saver Rebate program.
I will be very sad to see it go away. I have used the program the past year to get all of my printer ink refills for free, as well as saving money on numerous drugstore products including cleaning products and makeup. It looks as if they will be beefing up their weekly Register Reward deals, but I don't think it can take the place of the rebate program.
Bye-bye Easy Saver Rebate, I will miss you!
