How to receive your Savings Coupons:
1) Purchase five (5) participating products (Vlasic®, Open Pit®, Armour®, Duncan Hines®, Log Cabin® or Mrs. Butterworth’s®) between 4/5/09 and 5/5/09
2) Download this order form and hand print your complete name, mailing address and e-mail address
3) Mail your completed order form, the original cash register/purchase receipt(s) dated between 4/5/09 and 5/5/09 with the participating products circled and the corresponding UPC’s from five (5) participating products in an envelope.
