:: Lizzie got a telemarketer phone call from Nielsen TV in which they offered her $30 for completing the survey over the phone. Sure enough, she received her $30 check in short time. So if you get a phone call from Nielsen TV, it is a legitmate offer.

:: Yvette wanted you to know about ShowTickets4Locals.com. I have actually been following their offers for a few months now, but have yet to take advantage of the free tickets - due mainly to babysitter needs, not the lack of fun shows they offer. Check them out!

:: Allyson let me know about a secret Albertsons gift card promotion they have going on right now. if you buy a gift card for $250, Albertsons will add an extra $20 to the card; buy $300 and get an extra $30. This has to be on one card, not multiple cards that add up to the amount, but it is still a great deal; who doesn't like free money?? This offer runs through April 15, but Allyson says the manager told her their are "secret" gift card promotions all of the time; just ask at the Service Desk about the latest offer.

:: Yvette also told me about The Radio Shopping Show on AM 1400. They are on from 7-9am and then from 1-6pm Mondy thru Friday and (I think) from 9am-12 on Sat/Sun. You can even listen live via the internet. They sell all kinds of certificates to places for discounted prices. You can see their entire catalog on their website, which lists all of the their current promotions/certificates.
