Tis the season... to start saving some big money! I love after-Christmas shopping when the sales start rolling out. I love it even more by mid-January (if I can hold off until then) when things seem to really hit rock-bottom. Here are some of the best deals right now:
- Amazon.com has some excellent prices on kids shoes, with many styles (and name brands) for under $15. Click here for little girl shoes and click here for little boy shoes. Feel free to modify your search by price, discount, or brand. The best buys I spotted were on swim shoes and flip-flops; think ahead to this summer!
- Hanna Andersson is having their big twice a year sale, up to 70% off. They have fabulous sleepwear and underwear as well as clothing for the whole family, although it tends to be a bit pricey. So if you are a fan, now is the time to pick up some goodies. (Thanks April!)
- Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic & Piperlime are all having huge, up to75% off, online-only clearance sales right now. All the storesare "connected" online, so you can shop at all 4 and pay just oneshipping charge, which is a $7.00 flat fee for ground shipping. - Barnes & Noble is having a huge sale, 50% off or more on books,calendars, DVDs, video games, music, home and gifts and toys and games. (Thanks again April!)
- The Monster Sale has begun at The Children's Place. Look for it to go another 50% off in a month or so, but if you don't want to wait that long check it out now.
