This coupon is $10 off AFTER all of your other coupons. Register Rewards are considered coupons. So best case scenario, you WILL be $30 out of pocket BUT use it on the deals that will generate more Register Rewards OR use it to purchase some other necessary, bigger ticket items, like diapers.
