Huggies are an exceptional deal at Walgreens this week, priced at $9.49 and get a $2 Register Reward, making them $7.49. But wait - there are a few extra ways to save money here too:
* Use a manufacturer coupon - there are lots out there (two in last Sunday's paper) for $1 off. You may have even seen some coupon dispensers in your local drugstore or grocery store.
* Use a Walgreens coupon - there is a children's activity book available for sale near the pharmacy (last time I looked) for $.99. At the back is a page of coupons. One of the coupons
is for $1 off Huggies.
**TIP: If you are able to find the coloring book and use the coupon the cashiers DO NOT need to take it from you permanently. They are not required to collect Walgreens coupons for redemption the way they collect manufacturer coupons. SO ASK FOR THE COUPON BACK. They can do that! If they won't, ask for the manager and ask if you can please have the coupon back since you know they don't need to collect them. USE IT AGAIN AND AGAIN!**
* Save your receipt for $1 rebate at Caregivers Marketplace - register at the website CaregiversMarketplace.com (open to anyone to register) and they will give you a $1 refund per Huggies pack with your receipt.
Remember - you can stack manufacturer coupons with store coupons so in this case the final total after coupons, rewards and rebates would be $4.49 per pack. You can do this deal as many times as you want until Saturday, but you can not use the $2 Register Rewards to pay for another pack of diapers (it just won't print out another rewards if you do it; don't know why, it just won't). Good luck!
